Do you ship worldwide & how much does shipping cost?
Yes - we ship worldwide. We offer all customers free Domestic and International Shipping with tracking. No shipping cost & no sales tax - we want your experience to be simple and efficient - just the way we like it.
What are your shipping and processing times?
Standard Shipping Times
USA: 4-7working days
Canada: 7-14 working days
Oceania: 8 - 15 working days
Europe: 6 - 15 working days
Latin America: 10 - 20 working days
Other countries: 14 - 30 working days
Processing Times
We usually process orders within 24 hours of them being placed. Orders can sometimes take up to 3-4 days to process after placing the order before shipping out as we do not ship on weekends.
Where can I find my tracking number?
When your items are shipped out, you should receive an automatic notification from the system via email providing you with a tracking number.
If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, no worries. Contact us and we'll solve it!
