Shipping Policy
We will endeavour to have goods delivered to you in a timely manner (in the ideal case 10-14 days) we cannot be liable for late deliveries by our couriers.
Tracking details will be sent to you automatically when your order is shipped. Please note your order may be split over multiple packages due to the nature of our business. You will receive tracking details for each separate package.
Please check with your own country for any tax/import fees you may be liable for before ordering.

Do you ship worldwide & how much does shipping cost?
Yes - we ship worldwide. We offer all customers free Domestic and International Shipping with tracking. No shipping cost & no sales tax - we want your experience to be simple and efficient - just the way we like it.
What are your shipping and processing times?
Standard Shipping Times
USA: 4-15 working days
Canada: 10-20 working days
Oceania: 8 - 15 working days
Europe: 6 - 15 working days
Latin America: 10 - 20 working days
Other countries: 14 - 30 working days
Processing Times
We usually process orders within 24 hours of them being placed (except weekends). However, it can sometimes take up to 3-7 days for orders to process for customized products or if there is a high volume of orders during that time period.
Will my order arrive in time for my shoot?
As photographers ourselves, we understand that you are on a deadline and need your products to be delivered on time for a shoot. We always try our best to get orders to our customers on time however, sometimes either due to the handmade/customized nature of products or due unforeseen circumstances in global shipping, there can be delays.
We recommend that all customers should place orders with us at least 20 days before their shoot in order to guarantee that they will be there.
Where can I find my tracking number?
When your items are shipped out, you should receive an automatic notification from the system via email/text message providing you with a tracking number.
If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, no worries. Contact us and we'll solve it!

COVID 19 SHIPPING UPDATE:
Our products ship from different fulfillment centers. Certain products purchased during this time may be delayed due to business interruptions due to local regulations regarding the Coronavirus. UNEXPECTED DELAYS:
In some instances the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. Most of these delays are caused by international customs processing that we cannot control. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to resolve any situation.
